Miaow! Pussycat Pixie Lott has some feline fun as she paints her face for night out on the town with friends

What's new, pussycat? Pixie Lott shows off whiskers that have been drawn on her cheeks on a night out in London


She revealed today that she often pretends to be someone else in order to shake off persistent fans.

So maybe Pixie Lott should think about trying some more durable - or convincing - face paints in future.

The pop star was snapped enjoying a night out with friends, with feline whiskers drawn on her cheeks.

The 19-year-old also had a pair of black and pink pussycat ears in one hand as she and a group of friends partied in central London.

She looked very cute in her Leg Avenue Hocus Pocus Hottie fancy dress costume and towering Sweetie babydoll shoes.

But the whiskers had clearly been drawn on with eyeliner, not exactly the best way of hiding her face, even with her hood pulled down low.

She revealed today to You Magazine how irritating fans often tell her she looks like the Turn It Up singer, and she plays along to get rid of them.

She said: 'Sometimes I admit it, sometimes I don't. I say, "Oh I get that a lot, actually!" and they reply, "But you have the same eyes, the same smile, the same clothes."

'So I say, 'Yeah, but I'm not actually her".'

The young singer also told how despite the attention she receives from male admirers, she is yet to meet a long-term boyfriend.

She added: 'People say, "Oh hi, are you Pixie Lott? Can I have a picture with you?" And there are really lairy ones who are like, "Oi, Pixie, can I take you on a date?"
'But I've never had a serious relationship, just silly little flings. I wonder when it will happen for me.'

She didn't look like she was wondering too hard last night as she clutched onto the arm of male model Oliver Cheshire as they left the Punk nightclub in Soho.
